What will you study?
The course focuses on the Spanish you need in real business situations. You will expand your vocabulary and practise communicating effectively in a professional environment.
Business vocabulary and communication
You will learn vocabulary and expressions commonly used in Spanish companies and international business. You will also practise common professional situations, including telephone calls, meetings, negotiations, presentations, job interviews and recruitment.
In addition, you will work on writing business emails and letters, as well as preparing and improving your CV. These practical activities will help you communicate with greater confidence in Spanish at work.
The Spanish business environment
The course also introduces you to the Spanish economy and business environment. Topics may include Spanish companies and economic sectors, banking and taxation, imports and exports, marketing and advertising, and Spain’s economic relationship with the European Union.
Whenever possible, we use authentic materials, such as newspaper and magazine articles. As a result, you can become familiar with the vocabulary and expressions used in real business contexts while gaining a better understanding of Spain’s economic environment.

For example, if you work in a particular sector, we can focus on the vocabulary and situations that are most relevant to your job.
